My heart is beyond full, when I took the Executive Director position, I was extremely excited and a tiny bit hesitant. As much as I knew I wanted this challenge. I also knew I would miss my old role. Being the Happiness Coordinator at Bickford has been such an amazing experience. I was worried the residents would be lacking because of my change. Boy was I wrong our staff and our families. They are incredible. They came together today and gave them a wonderful County Fair Day! I have never been so proud of the people I work with! Thank you all so much!
