They worked with us to keep our mother there instead of having to send her to a Medicaid facility and I really appreciate it

Overall I continue to be happy with Bickford- there have been a few times I wish Mom could have gotten more help in the shower and I wish they had a bus again but I know my parents are safe and that is the main thing.

I'm so proud to have my 95 year old mom at Bickford. She has physical therapy 3x per week which has helped keep her up and walking with her walker. The nurses have been prompt when her health has been in question. This is such a relief for me. I know she is cared for when I'm not able to be with her. The activity director comes to her room to personally bring her to Bingo and many other activities. Thanks to every e who checks on her during the day and night.

My folks were in a car accident in January, minor injuries to my dad, none to my mom. Bickford was so helpful taking care of them. Dad's arm wound is almost gone, thanks to the nurses at Bickford. My parents are both happy and well taken care of.
