Our Coffee & Conversation was full of fun facts and great memories today at Bickford of Upper Arlington Assisted Living & Memory Care! We even learned that the actor Jamie Farr who played Corporal Klinger on MASH* celebrates his birthday today. Our trivia challenge was to see if everyone could name the rest of the beloved MASH* characters, and our wonderful ladies did an amazing job! It was a fantastic way to reminisce, share laughs, and exercise our memories together. Great job, ladies!

They've taken steps in the right direction in making things right for my mom, so grateful for that. Keep it up! We are very very sad (name removed) is leaving. Unsure what the future holds with lots of staff turnover.

My mother is well, but she needs more engagement on the Memory Care floor. I know staff are busy with everyone, but I think my mother spends too much time in her room always packing things away. She needs more activities to join or engage in. Thank you.
