I'm Driving - Sent from MY CAR | How often is laundry done? My moms incontinence causes her dirty laundry in the closet to make her whole apartment smell like urine...do I need to take laundry home and do it so it can be done more frequently, and keep her room smelling tolerable? PS. She can't smell

All issies are addressed quickly. Its only been 7 weeks. My husband is happy there.

Never expected mom to last more than a month when she checked in the Bickford as she was in pretty bad shape. I attribute her recovery to your team and good care.

Bickford of Davenport has shown our family great respect in caring for our mother. The staff responds to our concerns in a timely manner. We are thankful for the activities offered that promotes healthy socialization and thinking processes. Thankful!

Verbal abuse from a resident needs to be addressed. This resident has told me to F#ck off several times. Same resident has cussed at workers. When said resident is present, atmosphere changes in the room. My mom is afraid of this resident. Let me change my rating to a 3. I know Bickerford can do so much but I believe the resident has crossed the line and needs to be removed (for the sake of other residents & workers)

What I love best is the homey, cozy size of Bickford in Davenport. The caregivers do a fantastic job of interacting and building a repoire with the residents & their families. The activities director there, Sherri, is great with the residents and plans wonderful activities and outings!
