This morning, our residents had a delightful outing to our local Aldi, turning grocery shopping into an enjoyable adventure! They loved exploring the seasonal items and comparing prices—some impressive, some quite humorous! It was wonderful to see them enjoy the fresh air and city sights from the bus, picking out their favorite essentials and a few fun snacks along the way. Yesterday, we had a delightful afternoon of Bickford Buck Bingo in our Bistro area, where residents were pleasantly surprised with special BINGO bags to keep their Bickford Bucks organized. The cheerful change of scenery added a fresh twist to the game, and everyone enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and fun surprises. It has been wonderful to see residents encouraging new faces to join in, making our community feel even more welcoming and vibrant.

On this rainy day, we enjoyed a cozy and delightful afternoon with Mindy, engaging in painting while sharing techniques and lively conversations. It was a perfect moment for relaxation, connection, and creativity, as we reminisced about cherished fall memories and envisioned future activities. Penny the cat even joined in the fun, adding an extra touch of joy to our special day.
