We honored our first responders with a lunch today. They feasted on hand carved sandwiches, homemade broccoli and cheddar soup, yummy brownies and ice cold soda. We truly appreciate the men and women who put their lives on the line every day to save ours.

We sharpened our minds today by playing Splurt!!! It was fun game of wit and improv. Our residents were on it. They love cognitive games and we love challenging them every chance we can. “God has blessed me with an unbelievable talent, with fast feet, fast hands, unbelievable defense and a very, very sharp mind. What a beautiful day for a flower arrangement class. Our wonderfully, talented nurse Linda was excited to teach our residents how to create beautiful arrangements. The flowers were organic and smelled delicious. We can't wait until Linda comes back to do her next class. Part 2
