Our Memory Care residents joined in on the fun, too, with hand painting and exciting rounds of Bingo! There have been plenty of smiles, laughter, creativity, and friendly competition all around! We took in all the beautiful fall scenery, explored the pumpkin patch, and admired the gorgeous flower wall. A wonderful Octoberfeast at Bickford of Bloomington! Our residents and staff had a fantastic time celebrating with a delicious German-inspired feast! We enjoyed soft pretzels with cheese, corn dogs, bratwurst, sauerkraut, and of course, some sweet treats to finish things off! For dessert, we enjoyed apple strudel and adorable mini German chocolate cupcakes. And we couldn't forget the Apfelschorle —a delicious German apple beverage that was a big hit! We also had lemonade, root beer, and plenty of other choices for everyone to enjoy. There was great food, lots of smiles, and wonderful fellowship all around. We sure know how to celebrate at Bickford!
