Nothing gets the day started like a little movement and great music! Our residents had a wonderful time exercising to disco music today at Bickford of Upper Arlington Assisted Living & Memory Care. Staying active, sharing smiles, and dancing to the beat is a fun way to promote health, happiness, and connection. What a groovy way to kick off the day!

Our Coffee & Conversation was full of fun facts and great memories today at Bickford of Upper Arlington Assisted Living & Memory Care! We even learned that the actor Jamie Farr who played Corporal Klinger on MASH* celebrates his birthday today. Our trivia challenge was to see if everyone could name the rest of the beloved MASH* characters, and our wonderful ladies did an amazing job! It was a fantastic way to reminisce, share laughs, and exercise our memories together. Great job, ladies!
