A couple of weeks ago, Wanetta began experiencing lower back pain. As a result, she remained mostly in her room, limiting her movement to short distances between her bedroom and bathroom. She expressed concerns that she would no longer be able to go to the dinning room or participates in activities, indicating that she " felt her body was giving up". Our team worked closely together to support Wanetta during this time. She was evaluated by our in-house provider, who prescribed pain management. Shortly after, staff began gently encouraging her to come out of her room. A therapy screening was arranged to help her regain strength and mobility. Wanetta is now returning to meals in the dinning room and actively engaging in activities. #HigherPathSuccessStory # Happier #Healthier #Longer #BickfordSeniorLiving #Bickfordof Upper Arlington
