A Wonderful Week at Bickford of Ames!
What a wonderful week we've had here at Bickford of Ames!
Our residents got creative by painting beautiful flower pots, filling the room with bright colors, laughter, and plenty of artistic talent. Each pot turned out unique, and everyone had a great time expressing their creativity while getting ready to add a little extra beauty to our surroundings.
To top off the week, we were treated to a special musical performance from a talented guest who had everyone smiling and singing along to classic rock oldies. The familiar tunes brought back wonderful memories, and before long, toes were tapping, hands were clapping, and the room was filled with joy.
It's weeks like these that remind us how special our Bickford family is. Sharing creative activities, great music, and meaningful moments together is what makes our community feel like home.
We're looking forward to making even more wonderful memories in the weeks ahead!

Lately, the Iowa weather has been doing what it does best—keeping us guessing! Even when the skies are gray and the temperatures are chilly, we’re keeping things warm and sunny here at Bickford by staying busy, sharing laughs, and enjoying time together. We’re also getting excited for St. Patrick’s Day and already starting to get into the festive spirit! Look at our own special Blarney Stone’s we made since Ireland is a bit of a jaunt. Hopefully, with our make shift stones we still receive the gift of gab!
