Mary B's residents had a sweet time playing Chocolate Bingo! With each number called, the excitement grew as they marked their cards and hoped for a winning combination. Laughter filled the room, and the best part? Winning came with a delicious chocolate treat! It was a fun way to bring everyone together for some friendly competition and tasty rewards.

Today at Bickford of Worthington Senior Assisted Living, we celebrated Veterans Day with a heartfelt ceremony that truly honored our veterans. The event began with an opening prayer by John Buckles, followed by a collective recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance and a stirring rendition of the National Anthem. We were privileged to have Officer Devin Cooper, an Army veteran, as our special guest speaker, who shared his poignant experiences and reflections. The ceremony concluded beautifully, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our happiness coordinators, Yuri and Selema, who ensured everything came together seamlessly. We are grateful for their hard work and for everyone who participated in making this day memorable!!

Mary B's residents were treated to an uplifting performance by Heartstrings, a talented group of Ukulele players. The lively tunes and heartfelt melodies covered a variety of musical styles, bringing joy and toe-tapping energy to everyone in the room. Residents clapped, sang along, and shared smiles as the music filled the space, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly brightened their day. Heartstrings, thank you so much! Mary B's residents were thrilled to board the bus for a scenic drive around Worthington, where they enjoyed not only the beautiful fall scenery but also an array of festive Halloween decorations! They pointed out spooky displays, laughed at playful ghosts and pumpkins, and reminisced about past Halloween. The ride was filled with joy, laughter, and a bit of spooky fun.

Spooktacular Celebration Alert at Bickford of Worthington!! We’re excited to share that Bickford of Worthington Assisted Living is all set for our **Treat or Trick** celebration tomorrow! Our home has been transformed into a delightfully spooky house, adorned with festive decorations that will surely get everyone in the Halloween spirit! Our wonderful residents have been busy crafting goody bags filled with a variety of delicious candies! We can’t wait to see familiar faces and new friends alike! Come join us for an enchanting day of treats, laughter, and community spirit. Your presence will make our celebration even sweeter!. See you tomorrow for a hauntingly good time!!

The Tailgate Party at The Bickford of Worthington Senior Living was wonderful. The residents, staff and many visitors who came to share in the festivities all enjoyed themselves. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast prepared by Chris Cake, with his famous pancakes flipping show that left everyone pleased and happy. The morning passed with fun games, raffles and trivia that brought smiles to everyone.
