When Lester first moved in, he was not walking and required significant support. Through the HigherPath model, intentional care planning, and strong care coordination, his journey began to change.
By collaborating closely with Fox Therapy Group and Diley Medical Group, the team aligned therapy, medical oversight, and daily support around Lester’s goals. Consistent communication and a shared commitment to his progress made all the difference.
Today, Lester is walking—a powerful testament to what’s possible when individualized care, teamwork, and perseverance come together.
This is what the HigherPath approach is all about: meeting people where they are and helping them move forward—step by step.
