We really cannot thank the Bickford UA team for all they do for our mom. Day in and day out, you help her whenever/whatever she needs. Please know your efforts do not go unnoticed!!!! One thing that could improve and I might give a 3 or 4 on would be communication. I really really like to hear from you all, whether it be a newsletter from (name removed), the activities calendar from (name removed), or a health update from (name removed). Keep communication coming!!!!! I would rate the medical communication a 2. I hear nothing from the doctor, which does concern me, so I would like to hear a health update for mom (name removed). I put in a Psych consult and a PT request, still waiting to hear word on those. The pharmacy charges mom for gloves and other items that aren't clear. I would like a heads up on some items before they charge us. Do I need to contact the pharmacy directly? Again, THANK YOU for ALL you do to serve our senior population!!!
