We were truly blessed today at Bickford of Urbandale! Our dear friend and chaplain, Bob, came to visit and filled our home with the sweet sound of our favorite hymns and the comforting Word of God. His presence reminds us of the peace and joy that faith brings into our lives. We are so thankful to have our very own non-denominational chaplain who meets each of us where we are on our spiritual journey. What a purr-fectly heartwarming day here at Bickford of Urbandale! We started off strong with some morning exercise , then got the sweetest surprise… a baby visit! Our hearts melted and smiles were everywhere. Just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, our good friend Gary stopped by to fill the room with beautiful piano music. It was pure joy from start to finish. Paint-n-Sip Fun at Bickford of Urbandale! We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming local K–5 art teacher and talented artist Kayla Edwards for a special Paint-n-Sip celebration! With Kayla’s wonderful guidance, we all tried our hand at painting cheerful sunflowers—and the results were absolutely beautiful. Even those who said, “I can’t paint!” gave it a try, and we’re so glad they did—the creativity was incredible!
