They've taken steps in the right direction in making things right for my mom, so grateful for that. Keep it up! We are very very sad (name removed) is leaving. Unsure what the future holds with lots of staff turnover.

My mother is well, but she needs more engagement on the Memory Care floor. I know staff are busy with everyone, but I think my mother spends too much time in her room always packing things away. She needs more activities to join or engage in. Thank you.

I see the employees working hard to update the building and it really helps. Things look great. The new nursing director (name removed) is helpful and very responsive. She is a great support and I appreciate all she is doing to help with my Mom.

I greatly appreciate that Bickford has the Bickford store and Bickford bucks to allow residents to buy gifts for their family. It gives them the opportunity to express their love for their family members. Thank you for helping residents be more independent.
