Our Christmas party at Bickford of Lancaster Assisted Living and Memory Care was a hit today! One of our games was you had a certain amount of time to try to unwrap the main present (which was layered with little presents along the way) and try to get to the main gift before the timer ran out! It was hilarious watching the residents rip at this present!

The Executive Directors nephew paid a visit to Bickford of Lancaster Assisted Living and Memory Care. He brought everyone a card, an ornament, a candy cane, and most importantly holiday cheer. Everyone was so happy to spend time with him.

I'm very happy with the care Bickford gives to the residents. Everyone is friendly, helpful and supportive. All of our needs are met and questions are answered quickly. We appreciate all of you!

Activities and special events for residents and family members are exceptional. Very nicely done! Aides are very caring and some go above and beyond. The laundry and cleaning services are exceptional also. The only complaint is meal service and I know you are aware and working on that area! Mother's table was totally missed last week and when I questioned their service no one had the table! They wait quite awhile to be serviced! We are very happy with Bickford!

I am very pleased with the level of care but more importantly, the overwhelming compassion shown to not only my brother, but other residents at Bickford. When you walk in and are greeted by residents with smiles and a joyful voice saying hello, you know you've picked the right place ! Thank you for being amazing.
