Bickford of Lancaster Assisted Living and Memory Care took a special trip to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium — and it was truly unforgettable! Residents spent the afternoon visiting some of their favorite animals, including lions, elephants, and kangaroos. There were plenty of fun surprises too — like watching the safari animals get spooked by a curious groundhog, and seeing a playful baby monkey swinging, spinning, and showing off all over its enclosure. The weather was perfect, the smiles were nonstop, and the joy was contagious.
