At Bickford of Worthington Memory Care, our residents visited Home Depot to gather supplies for their Montessori Gold gardening project. They selected soil and seeds, playing an important role in the decision-making process. The residents shared their thoughts, discussed what they would like to grow, and collaborated to choose the necessary supplies to start their garden. Being involved in every step—from planning to selecting supplies—made the experience meaningful and empowering for everyone. We are so proud to celebrate Mr. Babai’s incredible progress! After experiencing a stroke that affected one side of his body, he joined our community ready to take on the journey of recovery. Through the dedicated coordination of our therapy team, Diley Medical Group, and his loving family, a strong care plan was built to support his healing step by step. Today, Mr. Babai is actively participating in activities, engaging with others, and working hard to build even more strength. His determination inspires all of us, and we’re honored to walk alongside him on this journey.

Today, our Book Club was filled with laughter, rhythm, and a bit of rhyme as resident Gail proudly led the group in reading "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss. With confidence and joy, Gail brought the beloved story to life, sharing the playful words and silly fun that have delighted generations. As we listened and joined in, we couldn't help but smile at the familiar rhymes and cheerful spirit of the book.
