Today, Pat took the lead on her Montessori assignment by writing down our daily activities all by herself. She focused, took her time, and made sure everything was in order. A Day to Remember – Our 1st Annual Senior Homecoming! What a magical evening we had at the very first Senior Homecoming at Bickford of Saginaw Township! The event was beautifully planned by our amazing Happiness Coordinator, Vanessa, and it was nothing short of unforgettable. Our residents were dressed to the nines in stunning gowns—thanks to Amy (Joe’s daughter) and the generous team at the Heritage High Dress Closet. You helped our ladies feel like true belles of the ball! A huge shoutout also goes to our talented Black Pearl BFM, Juanita, for creating the gorgeous balloon arch that made the perfect photo backdrop! Another huge thank you to Crystal and Katie from Transition Hospice with helping with hair and makeup..making our ladies look and feel beautiful!! The joy in the room was contagious, and it was so special to have so many families come out to celebrate with us. Every smile, dance, and laugh made the night one to remember. We proudly crowned our first-ever Homecoming King, Iva Taylor, and Queen, Elaine Kennelly—congratulations to our royal couple! And we’re not done yet! This Friday, we’ll be joining the Heritage High Homecoming Parade, where our King and Queen will ride in style in a convertible. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success. We can’t wait to make this an annual tradition!
