Choosing a Higher Path at Bickford of Saginaw
At Bickford of Saginaw, we believe senior living should be more than a place to live—it should be a place where life continues to grow, relationships deepen, and each day holds purpose. That belief is what guides our commitment to The Higher Path, Bickford’s promise to lead with compassion, accountability, and heart in everything we do.
What the Higher Path Means to Us
The Higher Path is about choosing people over processes and relationships over routines. It means taking the time to truly know our residents—their stories, preferences, and what brings them joy—so we can support them in living life on their terms.
From personalized care plans to daily interactions filled with kindness and respect, our team walks the Higher Path by asking one simple question: “Is this what I would want for my own family?”
Personalized Care That Honors Each Individual
No two residents are alike, and neither is their journey. At Bickford of Saginaw, our caregivers work closely with residents and families to provide individualized support that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort.
Whether it’s assistance with daily routines, medication management, or memory care support, our focus is always on meeting residents where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Creating Moments That Matter
Life at Bickford of Saginaw is filled with opportunities for connection and joy. From engaging activities and meaningful conversations to shared meals and celebrations, we believe it’s the small moments that make a big difference.
Our residents are encouraged to stay active, pursue their interests, and build friendships in an environment where they feel safe, valued, and at home.
A Team That Leads with Heart
Walking the Higher Path takes dedication, teamwork, and compassion. Our caregivers are more than staff—they are advocates, listeners, and trusted companions. Each team member is committed to upholding Bickford’s values by showing up every day with integrity and purpose.
A Community Families Can Trust
Choosing senior living is a significant decision, and we are honored when families place their trust in us. At Bickford of Saginaw, we believe transparency, communication, and partnership are essential. Families are always welcome and encouraged to be part of their loved one’s journey.
Walking the Higher Path—Together
The Higher Path isn’t just a philosophy—it’s a promise. A promise to do what’s right, even when it’s not easy. A promise to care deeply, serve faithfully, and love generously.
At Bickford of Saginaw, we are proud to walk this path together—with our residents, families, and team—every single day.

Alzheimer’s is a journey filled with moments of uncertainty, but sometimes it brings the most beautiful, unexpected connections. While there is still no cure, there are moments that remind us just how powerful love and memory can be. Our resident Dawn had not seen her daughter Shelley in two years, as she lives all the way in England. Nothing could have prepared us for what happened next. The moment Dawn saw her daughter’s face, recognition sparked instantly. The emotion in the room was overwhelming—tears filled everyone’s eyes as love overcame time and distance. Moments like these remind us that even when memories fade, the heart never forgets. Here at Bickford Senior Living of Saginaw Township, we are more than a community—we are family. #AlzheimersAwareness #SeniorLiving #MemoryCare #MomentsThatMatter #CareWithLove #BickfordFamily #HeartfeltMoments #MakingMemories #CompassionateCare #SeniorCareLife #LoveNeverForgets
