What an incredible day here at Bickford Senior Living of Saginaw Township! We introduced a brand-new Music Therapy activity, and it was an absolute hit with our residents. A heartfelt thank you to Fred’s sister, Jenny, for teaching us how to play the colorful musical hand bells. Everyone received a different colored bell, and as their color appeared on the card, they rang along to the music. We enjoyed beautiful songs like Amazing Grace, patriotic favorites, and Yankee Doodle Dandy. The smiles, laughter, and joyful sounds filled the room. A special thank you to our wonderful volunteer, Cathy, and to all of the families who joined us and made this experience even more meaningful.
