Just very impressed with staff. From nursing to dietary to therapy. Attitudes and friendliness second to none. My mom came from another facility and I never thought I'd see her this far along. Physically and cognitively

Things have been much better this past month. I've seen my mother included in more activities. They are also getting her in to get her hair done each week. It appears they are making a better effort to just get her hair brushed every morning. The Quincy FB posts seem to be back to being those of the Quincy family/facility. Thank you for these improvements!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and their willingness to help with any issues that arise.

My Mom loves asparagus! Unfortunately at Bickford she said it's fried and doesn't like it. She loves it cut up into smaller pieces and boiled for 10 minutes. Wondering if the cook at Bickford in Quincy could try to cook it that way.

CNA type employee, Activities, RN and Family Advocate all do a phenomenal job!!

My mother hasn't been happy at 2 previous assisted living homes. She is much happier at Bickford. (name removed) is the most amazing representative of the quality of people at Bickford.

Unfortunately there has been some turnover at the Quincy Bickford, which isn't optimal. My Mom (name removed) wanted me to mention that (name removed) (Happiness Coordinator) does a fabulous job! (name removed) is Excellent - fast & efficient. (name removed)? (RN) Is very Good and Caring!

The staff are great!! Would appreciate activities in the evening after dinner as my mom doesn't go to bed until 11. Would like to see bingo or something from 7-8 or so at night.
