Such a beautiful day for a ride. We ended it with a cold drink, and after lunch shared a truly heartfelt service with the chaplain that meant a lot. Spent the rest of the day outside, just appreciating the moment and everything around us.

We definitely took advantage of the beautiful weather today! Our walking club enjoyed some fresh air and good company before heading back inside for a yummy snack. Don’t forget—stay active and stay hydrated!
