Grandma's Kitchen was delicious and fun. We made no-bake cookies, this is one of the oldest recipes that I know of, some of our residents might not agree, but there were no complaints especially with our yummy finished product.

A couple times a month we have a night bingo and it is a hoot to be the leader of this, it's a whole different feel in the evening here at Bickford of Midland.

#NationalChocolateCakeDay If you like chocolate you probably got a taste of our yummy chocolate cake. The story behind this cake is interesting we had a yellow cake mix, so we added some baking cocoa, mini chocolate chips, and sour cream, it was so delicious to say the least.

Armed with colored paper, stickers, and markers, we got to work crafting heartfelt notes for loved ones, caregivers, and even each other. #NationalComplimentDay For this National Day we arranged flowers and passed them out to our residents as we gave them a compliment, it's the little things that go a long way.

Carolyn was so in the spirit and helpful with decorating for Valentine's Day. She stated her Valentine has been gone for a while, but she remembers how great he was. Thank you Carolyn.

Luau Day is a always a blast of warmth and sunshine at Bickford of Midland. The smiles on everyone's faces tells the story itself. We had a hula lesson and a ukulele player for the afternoon. It was great to be somewhere tropical in the middle of January. Aloha!
