Every Tuesday morning we do a Sit & Be Fit excercise routine. This group works really hard working on strength and flexibility for 30 minutes.

National Carrot Cake Day. None of the ladies had made Carrot Cake before today. However they all had fond memories of it being something that either their Mother or Grandmother had made. Making a sweet treat, sharing sweet memories.

It’s the first week of the month, and that means it’s time for our Caregiver Support Group meeting! This month, our topic will be Safety. Caregiving in any capacity is a huge challenge, and this group aims to provide support and build the network for caregivers. We hope to see you at the Marion Public Library this Thursday at 6 pm!
