Montessori inspired activities encourage individuals in Mary B’s to connect with others by promoting independence, accomplishment, and social connection. Karen chose the flavor of muffins, prepared the batter, and with a little help from our caregiver, Sarah, they were placed in the oven. During the baking process our Mary B’s gals reminisced about their many years of baking with kids and grandkids. This special baking project allowed Karen to share her love of baking with her friends at an afternoon social.
