With a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a rich background in event planning, Joslyn's passion for creating meaningful connections and spreading joy shines through in everything she does. Her journey of working with seniors began early, as she spent much of her youth volunteering at local assisted living communities. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to bringing smiles and a sense of belonging to those around her. At Bickford, Joslyn's goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure every resident feels a sense of purpose and joy through enriching activities that go beyond just fun. She is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and connected. Joslyn is excited to get to know each resident and their families, and she's open to any ideas or suggestions that can make their time at Bickford even more special.
