Today we had a big crew join us for our monthly Walmart trip! Our residents love getting out to shop for all the necessities — and maybe a few fun extras, too! It’s so important to keep those everyday routines and a sense of independence.

Yesterday we celebrated our November birthdays here at Bickford of Lincoln! Happy Birthday to Deb and Ken — we sang, laughed, and enjoyed some delicious cookie cake together. Here’s to another wonderful year!

It’s a fang-tastic day here at Bickford of Lincoln as we celebrate Halloween! Our residents are having a spook-tacular time filled with boo-tiful costumes, ghoulishly good treats, and witchy fun. No tricks here — just plenty of sweet spirits and monster-sized smiles!

We had a lovely visitor today! Wendi from Hillcrest stopped by with some delicious trail mix, and we enjoyed coffee and great conversation together. We always love having visitors here at Bickford of Lincoln!

Tonight we took our residents on a “haunted tour” around town to check out all the Halloween decorations! Everyone had a spooktacular time seeing all the creative and creepy displays! #BickfordOfLincoln

At Bickford of Lincoln, we’ve recently started a new painting class! Our residents tapped into their creativity for their very first project — capturing the beauty of the Oregon Coast. Each masterpiece is as unique and inspiring as the artist who painted it!

Over the weekend, our residents enjoyed their very own tailgate party to cheer on the Huskers! From good food to great company, it was the perfect way to show our team spirit. Go Big Red!
