Pat celebrated her 70th Wedding Anniversary with her husband Russ just five days ago and today we celebrate her 91st birthday!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAT!

CONGRATULATIONS to our Black Pearl Award Recipients!!! Lana, Shannon and Kelly, you are truly a great example to everyone around you! Happiness is a team sport. In each Branch, there are usually a few BFMs who are the heart and soul, the force that keeps us together and inspires us to be better. In sports, these people are called “glue guys”. This type of player quietly holds winning teams together. Statisticians don’t buy that they exist, but psychologists do. And players and managers swear by them. Given that BFMs spend more waking hours with their Bickford family than their own family, the importance of these key BFMs is paramount. We recognize these “glue guy” BFMs as Black Pearls and look to them to keep us stuck together at those tough moments when it is most tempting to let go. The Black Pearl Award is the highest honor available at the branch level.

A HUGE shout-out to our caretakers! Yesterday marked the end of CNA appreciation week and the leadership team would like to thank you for all you do! You are truly the backbone to what we do and without you it just simply would not get done. THANK YOU!!!
