Is a resident here at Bickford of Bloomington that has been facing numerous health challenges and is currently receiving Hospice care, yet his spirit remains remarkably strong. Despite everything he's going through John continues to thrive in his own way. Greeting each day with a cheerful attitude, a warm smile, and a genuine interest in others. John is known for being kind and helpful within the community. He is always offering encouragement or a friendly word to fellow residents and staff alike. John is resilience, positivity, and generosity of hearts are a true inspiration reminding everyone around him of the power of grace and optimism in the most difficult seasons of life.

As a former nurse, she carries a lifelong spirit of care and compassion, always ready with a smile or a gentle word. Meat Pat W. my HigherPath this week. Pat came to Bickford of Bloomington early last year with a smile that could light up the whole building. After facing a few Healthcare challenges, she wasn't quite herself for a while, but with rehab and the support of Josh our dedicated physical therapist, and the encouragement of our amazing staff, Pat has made a remarkable comeback. Today, she is walking around Bickford of Bloomington better than ever, greeting others with that same bright smile. Pat especially enjoys morning exercise called "Sweating to the 70s" with Lala and taking part in the many wonderful activities that keep her active engaged and thriving. She has become noticeably more outgoing since Bickford of Bloomington rolled out our new Montessori program. Our program is designed to get our residents involved in more self led activities and Brab is taking full advantage of it all. She has been thriving in our daily activities and enjoys being engaged throughout the day. Brab especially likes to help keep Mary B's clean by picking up what she deems out of place.
