Bickford of Bloomington is a senior living community where a few of residents served in the military. So in honor of them and because we're still celebrating our nation 250th birthday, we decided to send cards to our troops still away from home. We are spending out cards for every occasion so no soldiers are left out. #BickfordofBloomington #IndependentLiving #AssistedLiving #memorycare

Today I want to highlight something special here at Bickford of Bloomington...... Friendship This is what lifelong friendship looks like. This is what being apart of Bickford of Bloomington's family looks like. Julius R. (Randy) and Scott J. have been friends for decades. As a matter of fact, Scott became apart of our community because of Randy. It brings a smile to my face to witness a tradition of them having coffee every morning still being had. As business men they enjoyed coffee together before starting there day, now as retired men they get to continue to do the same. #BickfordofBloomington #SeniorLiving #IndependentLiving #AssistedLiving #MemoryCare

Bickford of Bloomington's Red Hat Society came together today for our monthly gathering with Cati. While enjoying pink lemonade and pastries we decided that is time to volunteer in the community, we're brainstorming and coming up with ways to enjoy our neighborhood. We also decided that our August meeting will be held outside the branch so we can enjoy each other's company out and about in our neighborhood #BigfordofBloomington #SeniorLiving #IndependentLiving #AssistedLiving #MemoryCare

Today at Bickford of Bloomington we decided to have a bikini contest. Residents designed different styles of swimwear and another resident picked the coolest looking one. Can anyone guess who won our friendly competition? #BickfordofBloomington #SeniorLiving #IndependentLiving #AssistedLiving #MemoryCare

Today at Bickford of Bloomington we decided to take it easy. After a mid afternoon game of color matching, to keep our minds sharp, we went on a nice walk around the neighborhood and researched the trees we passed along the way. We found out that our neighborhood is full of life's beauty that we just walk right pass without noticing. #BickfordofBloomington #SeniorLiving #AssistedLiving #IndependentLiving #MemoryCare
