Resident's enjoyed a night out to see Christmas Lights at the Fairground in Indianapolis. We enjoyed the holiday music along with drive through light show. We baked and decorated Gingerbread cookies beforehand for a snack. We celebrate with family and friends to feel joy during this holiday season!

Christmas time means music here at Bickford of Carmel. Every month our resident's look forward to Sweet Tunes coming to perform. We had a great crowd and all spirits were lifted with great Christmas tunes to sing along too.

Bickford of Carmel went to Humane Society of Hamilton County to deliver dog cookies for Giving Tuesday. Our resident's enjoyed meeting Ashton and delivering homemade dog cookies made with love.

One of our favorite things is the relationsip we have with resident families. Our hearts are warmed by their appreciation, even after a loved one has passed. This is the official Bickford of Carmel Snack Cart, provided by the family of a former resident. The card reads "Because you know how much he loved his snacks, we wanted to provide a snack/drink cart stocked with his favorite snacks to the (Bickford) caregivers. We appreciate all the comfort and care you provided to our dad. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!" Thank you! *This family has continued to refill the Snack Cart twice a month, as a show of appreciation.

The facility is clean and the staff have great attitudes. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the common areas clean in between taking care of all their residents. There has been in a big change in the past month or so for the better!

The people frontline caring for my Dad, (name removed) in Mary B's, are the biggest reason we love Bickford! (name removed) just to name a few are so incredibly patient loving supportive joyful and kind to Dad and our entire family is unsurpassed!!! Please take care of your staff. They are incredible and help us give my Dad his best last days... every moment, every day!! Thank you!!!!

We like Bickford very much. Pleasant, competent staff, delicious food, small enough size that we can get to know most of the residents. A very creative, personable activities director (happiness coordinator), an attentive maintenance man, and an administration responsive to our concerns. We have a family council that meets regularly to support all in the facility. We highly recommend Bickford of Carmel.

(name removed) in Mary B's (and so many other caregivers) at Bickford are the reason I consistently give Bickford a 5! They take such loving patient and knowledgeable care of my Dad, and our family and his visitors! Please take care of the Bickford employees - they are invaluable to my Dad's best health and joy he's found at Bickford!
