Great job! Would love to see evening activities as my mom doesn't watch tv on her room and she doesn't go to bed until 11 so just sits there. Would Love to see some activities from 7-9 a few nights a week. Bingo or something would be great!

Staff is attentive to my dad's needs, kind and treats him with dignity.

I have recently shared with incoming Executive Director, (name removed) (great choice, by The way!), that the facility needs a good deep cleaning. And frankly perhaps just more frequent cleaning. Also need a way for resident's caregivers to easily communicate with staff involved in their care. Emails or texts are fine, but there is currently not a structured plan in place. Bit too ad hoc for my taste. I would prefer some sort of shared communal document per resident that keeps everyone more on the same page.

I appreciate the good care recently addressing my dad's health concerns. He is also happy with the way his laundry is being done and folded nicely.

staff is kind and helpful. They do a great job caring for my dad. He loves everyone and likes the food too.
