Watch your loved one thrive in an environment that feels like home
Navigating the aging journey is difficult.
We understand what’s at stake here: it’s not just someone, it’s your loved one.
Meanwhile, it’s on you to make the difficult decisions.
There's a Higher Path for our seniors
Senior care today is reactive, expensive, and siloed. It’s a sick-care system, not a health-care system (designed to keep seniors healthy). Most of us have accepted this status quo because it feels too big and complex to change. Not us. We’re taking the road less traveled and championing a higher standard of senior care.

All good!

The staff is wonderful with my father- kind, caring, patient, engaging. The facility is not as clean as it could be. The toilet is usually disgusting - toilet bowl, base of the toilet and the floor in the bathroom are all more often dirty than not. His carpet often needs vacuumed as do the hallways . He likes the food and is gaining weight. He is often out of his room and doing activities, sitting at the table, or outside . (name removed) the activities director keeps him engaged and is great with him as are the other staff members. (name removed) is very responsive to his needs and so is the director (name removed). The nurses and CNAs are great with him as well Fantastic care from the staff!

Staff at Bickford are all genuinely empathetic, helpful and caring individuals. (name removed) is absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful we get to partner with her to take care of my grandpa (name removed)!

The employees are amazing. They are very gentle but strong when they talk with my dad. They have positive attitudes and are helpful. They will ask if we need something, and then take time to assist if we do need anything. Much appreciated!

Staff has gone above and beyond for the care of my mother. She is now in the hospital and they have even visited her there. I'm so impressed with the care and compassion that they have shown her and our family. Thank you!

It is disappointing that many small things are not taken care of in Mary B's. For instance, the wooden trim around the dining tables is very sticky. Not because it is dirty but because the varnish/sealant is breaking down. It is distracting to sit and eat or visit because your skin or clothes stick to them. The electric recliner has stopped working and is tilted forward so pretty much unusable as is. The end tables and coffee table are pretty beat up. If it is not possible to replace them, they could be painted. I have no complaints about mom's care. I just want her environment to be as nice as possible.

Appreciate all the work you do in order to care for our loved one. The many opportunities given to residents to stimulate their minds and get them up and out of their rooms are many. Seeing to their individual needs is a definite sign of caring.
