His care at Bickford is great! Staff is great! The facility is not clean . This is an ongoing problem and seems would not be difficult to resolve. Hire a professional cleaning company to come in to vacuum the front and halls at least daily , clean the resident bathrooms and vacuum the apartments 1-2 times a week , wipe down / disinfect the doors , etc. Do not have the CNAs, and other staff do the cleaning. Let them take care of the residents. This is a nice facility with paying customers ! Why can it not be clean????? Happy New Year!

Mom is very happy with Bickford so far. She said the staff is Wonderful! | She was having some Internet issues but I saw they just got her an Internet extender so hopefully that will fix the issue.
