We went outside this morning before it was too hot. Sunshine and fresh air offer numerous benefits for physical and mental well-being. Spending time outdoors in natural light increases vitamin D production, boosts mood, and reduces stress and anxiety. Fresh air also cleanses the lungs, improves oxygen levels, and can enhance energy and digestion.
