The food is hit or miss. There have been a lot of menu changes. My husband's sisters noticed this as well and brought it to my attention. They only visit once a week, but it is very apparent to them.

The Bickford staff are very compassionate & attentive. They go over and above to make my mom feel comfortable, included, and respected. The building is always clean and decorated for every occasion. They offer a nice variety of activities, entertainment and exercises.
