Love Facebook group pictures. Great idea. I can see that mom is participating at least to some degree in activities which is such a relief. Love the staff at Bickford. Feel truly fortunate that mom has the means to reside there.

Need supervision to control employees and parking lot in the evening. Strong pot smell and people, maybe employees, sleeping in the parking lot.

My mom has mentioned she preferred when the morning exercise class was taught by a person instead of watching a video. She mentioned she liked when the bingo store had separate tables to look at instead of one big long table. She was excited that they have been going more places on the van for outings.

Good morning. We are very satisfied with Bickford of Canton. While nothing is ever 100% perfect, Bickford strives for that. My dad had a very sad life before coming to Bickford. He sat in his chair and watched TV the entire day. My brother kept him isolated for years and when he passed, my husband took over his physical care and I took care of everything else. Now, he has friends, things to do from bingo, to noodle ball, to puzzles, to men's club. He is very happy.

Have been happy with Bickford. Like to see more activities outside of Bickford. Would like if there was a way for monthly calendar and daily meal choices to be available on website or via email. Family member's would like access to that information.
