Been a great place for mom and dad. Dad fell couple days ago, and got help immediately. Thank God he was at Bickford and not at his home anymore.

My parents are truly happy at Bickford- I can tell that they are because when we first moved them there they would call us all the time now sometimes they don't call me for a couple of days and when I try to call they don't answer because they are doing an activity with everyone else or they are outside on the patio or at happy hour!

There have been a few problems here and there with missed night checks. But I think the kitchen, nurses, and especially CNAs do really well considering at times short staffed.

The staff has been working tirelessly to provide the best care possible for the residents. We appreciate all of the extra hours they have been working to ensure the safety of the residents. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU ❤️ There have been issues with the food that was provided to mom but, after discussing with the kitchen staff I am hoping that it improves Most days when I come to assist mom with lunch, I have to ask for napkins and spoons for the residents at that table. On certain days the dining room floors have food on them and many times the floors are sticky. I think the dining room area needs a good thorough cleaning A suggestion that I have is to purchase vinyl elastic tablecloths that can be cleaned with soap and water. This would save on the laundry and improve the look of the dining room
