While the laundry situation still needs to be improved - in the last few months I have noticed a significant change in the staff. The current staff now needs the recognition they deserve. In the past we have had lazy, un-attentive and less caring staff. The staff you have today could not be further from that. This group of young ladies have tremendously stepped up and I want to point that out. They truly care for these residents and make sure they are loved and cared for. They are attentive, on time, communicate well and most of all they love the residents.

The BFM's are truly amazing. They are compassionate and kind My only concern is the continuing issue with her clothes not being washed as often as they should be. I have had to ask multiple times to get them washed and it may be 2 days before the washing is done. When there is a nurse on duty at night the clothes are washed and retuned the next morning. When she is not there the laundry piles up.

I continue to be pleased with the level of attentiveness and care my father receives. I am grateful for all the hard work of the staff.

It was a very challenging month for the residents and the staff. I feel that they provided excellent care during this difficult period and should be thanked. The kitchen staff did amazing work with the limited food they were given to work with and having to deliver the food to each room. I hope that this epidemic never happens again but if it should I know that the current dedicated staff will continue to work tirelessly to provide the care the residents need and deserve!
