I would like to thank all of the staff this past month. My mom tripped and had a fall. The whole Bickford staff has been so helpful helping her rehab! She is using her walker, coming to her meals in the dining room and still plays her Bingo. When she pushes her button, the staff responds very quickly! Thank you so much for being there for my mama!! ❤️

The BFM's have been wonderful. Concerns: The carpet in the hallway by the nurses station and down the hallway is filthy dirty! It is embarrassing to have family and other people see it. The paint has been knocked off the walls because of the wheelchairs need to have a protective cover placed around the pillars (name removed) is still missing 2 large protective pads that she uses on her bed

I want to reach out to our activity coordinators! Our residents have such a variety of activities to choose from each day! My mom's favorites are Bingo and a good game of bags! She also likes balloon tag and all the beautiful socials that Bickford holds for special occasions!! I see others working on our garden, taking trips out to dinner and crafts! I big shout out to (name removed)! What fun! These ladies come to get residents for each activity so everyone has a chance to join! It is such a wonderful feeling to see my mom being so included at age 95! My heart is full of love today! Thank you! ❤️
