I'm so proud to have my 95 year old mom at Bickford. She has physical therapy 3x per week which has helped keep her up and walking with her walker. The nurses have been prompt when her health has been in question. This is such a relief for me. I know she is cared for when I'm not able to be with her. The activity director comes to her room to personally bring her to Bingo and many other activities. Thanks to every e who checks on her during the day and night.

My folks were in a car accident in January, minor injuries to my dad, none to my mom. Bickford was so helpful taking care of them. Dad's arm wound is almost gone, thanks to the nurses at Bickford. My parents are both happy and well taken care of.

My parents were involved in a car accident in January and they the nurses have been caring for the wound on his arm daily since the accident he could have never gotten the care he needed living at home. The only reason I did not rate Bickford at a 5 is they no longer have a bus that could take them to a grocery store which has now become very important to my parents since he can no longer drive.

It was a very challenging month for the residents and the staff. I feel that they provided excellent care during this difficult period and should be thanked. The kitchen staff did amazing work with the limited food they were given to work with and having to deliver the food to each room. I hope that this epidemic never happens again but if it should I know that the current dedicated staff will continue to work tirelessly to provide the care the residents need and deserve!
