Every year Bickford Senior Living hosts a highly anticipated two-day event we call the Family Reunion and Pearl Ceremony. We are honored to be able to experience this event with you. Please register by January 26.

Info
Individual room accommodations will be provided for Divisionals, Executive Directors and nominees and will be reserved by Branch Support.
Travel Info
Flying in
Flights will be reserved for you by Branch Support. Upon arrival, you will need to schedule a rideshare service (Lyft or Uber) to get from the airport to the hotel.
Driving in
If driving over 200 miles, a rental car will be reserved for you by Branch Support. If driving under 200 miles, you will need to drive your own vehicle and expense the miles. Branch Support will try to arrange it so people can carpool together if possible.

If you are unable to attend you will need to get approval from your Divisional ASAP.
The Pearl Ceremony is a glamorous, Oscar-style awards ceremony where formal or cocktail attire is worn. The Family Reunion is a business-style conference where casual clothing (including jeans) can be worn. It can get cool in the ballroom where both events are held.
Yes, dinner on February 8th and breakfast and lunch on February 9th are provided.
During the Pearl Ceremony and at the Afterparty, Bickford will pay for beer, wine and soda. Liquor must be paid for with a personal credit card or cash.
We will try to group people with similar departure times so they can schedule a rideshare service (Lyft or Uber) back to the airport together.
Almost everyone needs to film a Why video this year. Unfortunately the videos from last year were lost and will need to be redone. We will notify you of your scheduled film time soon and additional details.
