During today’s craft, our private duty caregivers stepped in with just the right amount of support. Instead of taking over, they met each resident where they are—breaking tasks down into simple, manageable steps and offering gentle guidance along the way. And for those who needed a little more help? Their voices still led the way. From choosing colors to deciding where each color should go, every resident remained part of the creative process.
