We cannot thank Angel’s Grace Hospice and Palliative Care enough for hosting a beautiful Pinning Ceremony in honor of our Veterans at Bickford Oswego Assisted Living and Montessori Memory Care! Our Veterans Day recognition was incredibly moving with beautiful songs and stories shared by our Veteran heroes! Dave’s wife began singing to America The Beautiful which moved him to tears. Staffing issues are troublesome but they are affecting the residents negatively. From dining to slow response of CNA's. It is appreciated to see some of the admin staff helping out.
