(name removed) is the best director we could have ever had and I am heartbroken she is leaving. Bickford corporation should have done everything in the power to make her want to stay. We are thankful for (name removed) and all she has done for the residents, families and staff.

There are several consistent caring wonderful staff at the Bickford that "go the extra mile": (names removed) - these are the staff that were assisting my mother during my visit this past week!! Thank you for caring for these essential staff members that provide me "peace of mind".

We have started to notice that my grandfather is not being changed as regularly as he should as the majority of time when we visit he is soaking wet from urine and the pads on his chair and wheelchair are regularly wet as well. Additionally, the room seems to not be cleaned very often as there is generally the same pieces of trash in the same spot between visits as well. Other than that, the staff is extremely nice and seem to be helping identify ways to help with his hallucinations.

We are so happy with my Mom's care! I've never experienced such great people in an elder care situation! We made a spectacular choice moving my Mom here!

Would be great to have a few men's activities a month since we have so many men now and men dislike crafts
