Overall we are comforted by the care given to Dad. I generally have picky concerns ie: annual plan still up in the air, these are not his underwear, where are his hearing aides, still can't find his wallet and tv remote, should he be on mechanical soft diet, carpet needs some care, etc.... but the med changes have been an incredible improvement! There are more than not caregivers who ensure he is clean/fed and generally care about him. I can't imagine working with people someone getting a 5. Dad is in a good place where caregivers and nurses are downright good people!
