They're good. They're always very helpful. The only complaint I have is my dad's bed was made without a mattress pad, I told a staff member on Saturday and asked to make sure they put one on the bed next time it was switched (he has 2 in his room). But to be fair they probably just didn't know he had one and I'm sure he wouldn't think of it. They called me this week that he needed one and I told them where to find them. So, the only complaint is my request on Saturday wasn't documented for the other staff to know. But, that's pretty minor, I find everyone to be friendly and helpful
