The best way to start the day: walking club!

Today we brought the outdoor yard games inside! We also did dot painting, got our nails fancied up, and stretched our legs with walking club.

Chopping enough strawberries for 42 miniature strawberry shortcakes is hard work. Thankfully Howard and Linda were there to lend me a hand!

Emily is busy planning for Grandparent's day, which is THIS SUNDAY (September 7). I ask for every family to send me photos of their resident's grandchildren and/or great grandchildren. These will be printed and displayed outside of the resident's room. We are going to have a reminiscing social hour where we walk around and admire everybody's pictures.
