Today we took our residents out to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and all the bright, beautiful changes happening in the trees and plants at Crapo. Everywhere we looked, there were signs of new life and all the good, earthly things that make this season so uplifting. We even spent some time overlooking the mighty Mississippi—such a peaceful and powerful sight that never gets old. One moment that really touched our hearts: one of our residents has “her” special tree near the band shelter. For years it’s been protected by a fence, and today we noticed something new… the fence is gone. Her tree is free, standing tall and strong—just like her.
