The Pearl Ceremony is a glamorous, Oscar-style awards ceremony where formal or cocktail attire is worn. The Family Reunion is a business-style conference where casual clothing (including jeans) can be worn. It can get cool in the ballroom where both events are held.

Yes, dinner on February 6th and breakfast and lunch on February 7th are provided.

During the Pearl Ceremony and at the Afterparty, Bickford will pay for beer, wine and soda. Liquor must be paid for with a personal credit card or cash.
