Had such a great time walking through a simple, flavor-packed bruschetta during today’s cooking demo—crisp toasted bread, juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, a drizzle of olive oil… and just the right touch of garlic. Our residents absolutely loved it and were excited to try something new—there’s nothing better than seeing everyone engaged, tasting, and having fun together. Sharon is celebrating a huge milestone. With the support of her amazing Fox therapist Amanda, she’s made remarkable progress and is now preparing to graduate from therapy soon. She’s moving independently with her 4‑wheel walker, reducing her fall risk and gaining the confidence that keeps her on her Higher Path.
