Patio Nature Treasure Hunt at Mary B’s BFFs in Mary B’s enjoyed a patio nature and treasure hunt filled with sensory exploration and fresh air. The engagement supported hand coordination and focus. A small ring was found, creating a celebration moment of excitement and connection. Simple, meaningful time outside turned into an experience of purpose, movement, and shared joy with BFM.

Friendly competition was in full swing in Assisted Living during our Newspaper Challenge! Whether it was BFF vs. BFM or BFF vs. BFF, residents put their skills, teamwork, and determination to the test while having plenty of fun along the way. The best part was watching everyone cheer each other on, offering encouragement, celebrating successes, and enjoying the camaraderie that makes our community so special. Activities like these promote engagement, laughter, and meaningful connections among friends. Also, Mary B’s song box one on one became highlight for one of our BFF getting to know their friends and family in photos sharing her story. We also shared special one-on-one moments, including helping a resident connect with family all the way in Florida bringing smiles, comfort, and familiar voices closer no matter the distance. Today was filled with smiles, connection, and meaningful moments! Residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care enjoyed a special pet therapy visit with Zoe from Brown County and her farm friends. From cuddling rabbits to spending time with a gentle service dog, the joy and comfort these animals bring is truly priceless. We also enjoyed recreational outdoor time soaking in the fresh air and sunshine, while laughter and conversation filled the day. To top it off, Mary B’s was the perfect spot for a little pampering with fancy nails and special one-on-one moments.

These homemade treats were delivered to our 201 firefighter troops in Bargersville as a small thank you for their dedication, bravery, and service to our community.
