I like the dedicated care of the staff. It also looks like upgrades are in progress at Bickford. Example: brighter lighting in hallway! I hope they get an activity director soon. Even though my husband often watches the activities rather than participate, it makes for such an uplifting, fun atmosphere!

Thank you all for dealing with the situation in my moms room. (and surrounding areas) I appreciate your transparency through the process. It makes me feel more confident that you said the room was treated 4X when one may be standard procedure. I am assuming there will be follow up checks all around once my mom is in her regular room. Again, thank you for your handling of it.

Everyone there takes such good care of my father. His room is always neat and clean. The entire facility is clean and neat. I love the activities he is able to participate in . Dad is happy whenever I see him. | I appreciate your good care
