A heartfelt thank you to very best of our celebration, our Veterans of Bickford of Tinley Park! Thank you for being the heart of our community and helping us create these beautiful memories in the making. Thank you to Bristol Hospice for sponsoring our Veterans Day event. Working together, we were able to provide a meaningful day to dedicate and thank our honored veterans for their courageous service. Remembering those we lost and cherishing their sacrifices. Remembering those who are serving in the military now, their spouses and families. As well as strengthing our bond as we celebrate our time together as a community family. Dynamic Duo Alert! What great teamwork we have with George and Darla, who both enjoy helping out around the house without even asking. George makes sure that our mornings smell wonderful with the aroma of freshly baked cookies, and Darla ensures our mealtimes run smoothly by diligently filling all the condiments for the next meal service..It's those small, helpful actions that makes George and Darla feel like they are both contributing to making our home run smoothly.

Meet Presley (age 7)! This amazing volunteer was my official assistant today, helping lead a painting activity with our residents who have Alzheimers. Presley jumped right in , connecting with our residents and proving that kindness and creativity transcend generations. With a little bit of time and a lot of heart Presley created a joyful and supportive environment. Thank you, Presley for sharing your bright spirit with us!

(name removed) have made a conscious effort to listen to my concerns and take the necessary action to resolve. I have appreciated their partnership in ensuring the basic housekeeping items are taken care of along with the past challenge of a former resident.

Happy with my mom at Bickford. The carpeting in the common areas needs to be replaced. Perhaps vinyl plank flooring would work better than carpet.

Although the new facility where I put my mom is very nice Bickford felt more homey and comfortable. That's what drew me to Bickford in the first place. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Great place!

My dad is in memory care since March 2025. They have saved my dad's life twice literally. Thank you to nursing and staff. Special thanks to (name removed) and (name removed). Their excellence in observation of the residents, their care for them and their knowledge is incredible.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew Bickford was where I wanted to place my mom. Very homey vibe, clean and all the staff are very friendly and dedicated to the residents and their families. Unfortunately I am unable to leave mom there as they are not a supportive living facility. Overall great place.
