Our activity director (name removed), is the best (name removed), and the rest of the staff are so good to our mom. We love it here!

The staff is unmatched. They are kind and most seem to have a real connection to the residents. The food is very tasty. The building and rooms are clean and well taken care of. (name removed) is accessible, and any issues are taken care of almost immediately. I would highly recommend Moline Bickford .

We love the staff. They are caring and respectful. We leave our parent (s) in the hands of people we never knew. It's a very difficult thing to do. But, with this staff we feel comfort knowing you have the staff you have.

Our family appreciates the great care mom receives from the Bickford of Moline staff. She loves the happiness coordinator, (name removed) , and all of the fun activities, especially bingo. We attended the Christmas in July party and what a hit that was!!!! Great decorations, music, food and loved seeing Santa! Such a fun time for everyone. Thank you Bickford for taking such great care of mom!❤️ Also thanks to (name removed) for getting mom's paperwork into Mutual of Omaha on time each month and everthing else she does. Thanks to the nurses for their wonderful care. And, finally mom is liking the food a little more... we love Bickford and feel at ease knowing mom is safe and well taken care of.

Bickford needs some TLC, especially outside painting.

The staff continues to excel. They are so kind and thoughtful with the residents. We have never had an issue that wasn't handled immediately. We love the coziness of the facility. Definitely would recommend Bickford to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
